We at Rustik Rags believe in helping our customers as much as possible; hence we have adopted a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancelling an Order and requesting Refund
We strive hard to give you a great shopping experience each time you shop with us.   Just in case, a situation arises where you are not totally satisfied with your merchandise, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the package. 

Amount will be Refund to the same mode used at the time of purchase (eg. Credit/Debit). The amount will be reflected in the next statement. It takes about 7 to 10 Working days for the amount to be refunded back to your account. 

If paid though net banking or COD it will be credited back to bank account.

Return/Exchange Policy

We value our customers.  As much as we believe in offering hassle free shopping, we also provide easy return/exchange of merchandise.     In any circumstance if you are unhappy with the purchase, you can get the merchandise exchanged by notifying us within 7 days of receiving the package. The exchange depends on the availability of the merchandise requested by you.   If the requested merchandise is not available we will credit your Rustik Rags account with the same amount and you can redeem it in your next purchase with us.

Return shipping has to be done at the customer’s expense (prepaid) and it is customer’s responsibility to make sure the product reaches our registered address.

Please fill in the Product Return Form and send a copy of the invoice along with the product to be returned or exchanged. Also, save a copy of invoice for future communication.

Upon receiving the return shipment to be exchanged at our registered office, after Quality checking the products and confirming they are in the original sent condition we will credit the amount to your Rustik Rags account.

Conditions for Return

Each merchandise is carefully checked before packing.  We try to get our products photographed to give the maximum clarity.  However, the actual product colour may slightly vary from the monitor resolution.

Each item must be in the original condition, with all the hang tags, labels attached and neatly folded in correct packing so that it is in saleable condition.   The returned/exchange garment(s) should be free of perfume, hair, smoke, make-up, damage etc.
Any items returned in any condition other than their original sent condition will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
If a wrong garment, size or colour other than that mentioned on the printed invoice that was emailed to you we hold responsibility and pay for the return and re-delivery shipment.  Please make sure you notify us within 7 days from the date of receiving the package.
We will accept merchandise to be returned for credit, provided it meets the above-mentioned guidelines.

 The above policies are only for customers residing within India.  We won't be able to provide Exchange for International shipments due to restrictive shipping costs.

Frequent return or exchange of merchandise may result in blocking the account.


Missing Merchandise

Please check your order when delivered. Do not accept any damaged or open packets. Before signing the POD (Proof of delivery) please cross check the contents with the packing list. Claims for missing items mentioned on the invoice or packing list must be made within 24 hours of delivery VIA EMAIL
